Payments made by money order or credit card will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
Please allow five to ten working days for your personal or business check to clear for deposit at our bank. International checks and money orders may take as long as 21 working days for clearing. All checks must have a pre-printed name, address and telephone number. No merchandise will be shipped until such time as the funds have cleared for deposit.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties and/or taxes imposed by their country at time of delivery.
Allow ample time for your items to be shipped (ten working days for domestic, 21 working days or longer for international). If an item is out of stock or on backorder from another provider we will notify you and you will have the option to cancel your order. We do not ship partial orders.
We ship by USPS Priority Mail.
Minimum S&H charge is $9.50.
Domestic rates (Continental USA, Alaska and Hawaii and US territories) are determined by weight and distance according to USPS rates for Priority Mail. International rates (all other countries) are determined by USPS rates for international Priority Mail.
TX residents add 8.25% sales tax.
Returns accepted if shipped back to us within one day of receipt. Purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs, transaction fees and a 20% restocking fee. We only pay shipping if we are at fault.
